The GSB Farm

The GSB Farm was established in 2011. Apple trees, raspberry and blueberry bushes, assorted vegetables, herbs and cutting flowers adorn this hillside plot which is harvested from early spring until late fall. Produce is jarred and pickled in the winter for use in the off-season. All produce is used by the School's kitchen in preparing food consumed by the GSB community as a part of our sustainability efforts.

Gill St. Bernard's School

Gill St. Bernard’s is a private, coeducational day school for students age three through grade 12, located in suburban New Jersey. Each of the three school divisions provides a vigorous, meaningful and age-appropriate curriculum, and all students benefit from the environmental learning opportunities that exist on our 208-acre campus.
